Job Responsibilities
Responsible for taking ownership and accountability of projects high complex projects
Estimate project deadlines for key clients
Ensure the team delivers projects as per timelines
Responsible for ensuring the quality of work
Responsible for completion of administrative tasks such PL, PT, Portal and GreytHR.
Participating in meetings and training sessions, providing effective feedback and input
Responsible for project allocation and resource management
Involve in project review meetings / kick off calls and prepare meeting notes
Monitor the team on compliance to process related tasks
Assist the Manager in preparing any reports / data pertaining to process / function
Assist the manager in ensuring balanced utilization of team
Take necessary corrective actions for non-compliance of process
Mentor analysts on project related tasks for all complex / critical projects
Prepare content for training the new hires and other skill set enhancement tasks.
Contributing to the overall departmental goals and objectives
Attend and participate in project review meetings and kick off calls
Prepare training documents for key / critical clients and take training sessions
Identify areas that need efficient methods and develop / suggest macros / scripts
Manage a team of direct reports on process, project delivery and performance
Ensure the direct reports meet the KPI parameters consistently throughout the year
Maintain individual metrics / compliance reports of direct reports
Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
Ensure the skillsets of direct reports scale up based on the scope of projects
Identify and suggest career enhancement opportunities to direct reports
Specific Accountabilities
Adhere and complete all process related tasks on time
Effectively self-monitor project related follow up tasks (revision / changes etc.)
Interact with senior colleagues and Research Managers
Interact with functional teams – SP & PM and other stake holders as necessary
Participate in team meetings
Attend specific project meetings assigned by TLs / Trainer
Demonstrate ownership and flexibility in handling project and process related tasks
Adheres and completes all process related tasks on time
Effectively displays behavior consistent with Toluna values
Identify the training needs of Jr. Analyst, Associate Analysts and Analysts.
Effectively self-monitors project related follow up tasks (revision / changes etc)
Mentoring and coaching team members to scale up
Conduct meetings to resolve project / non-project situations
Provide quick solutions to pressing project issues
Contributing actively in process improvement and technology initiatives
Create back ups for key clients and ensure handoff is documented
Skills Required
Attention to detail in quality checking
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Quantum, SPSS and Crunch programming skills (at least 10 years of experience)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle large and complex projects
Market research experience
Ability to problem solve at a short notice
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA is preferred
Experience
10+ years’ experience in primary or secondary Market Research domain
Quantum, SPSS and Crunch programming skills
Experience on working with onsite clients / stake holders.
Experience working on high complex projects
Proven abilities to solve the data issues by providing valuable suggestions
