Immediate Start : Marketing Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

As a Marketing Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive data accuracy, consolidation, and analysis. Your insights will shape go-to-market strategies for new business acquisition, as well as cross-sell and upsell initiatives across CareStack’s suite of products and services. You will be the go-to person for turning complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that enables smarter decisions and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the cleanup, consolidation, and integrity of marketing and sales data across multiple sources.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track pipeline health, campaign performance, and revenue attribution.
• Analyze customer and prospect data to generate insights for go-to-market planning, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations for targeting, segmentation, and messaging.
• Track and measure KPIs across the full funnel : from lead generation to opportunity creation, conversion, and expansion.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to support strategic initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
