We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, US GAAP & SEC Reporting

In this role, you will lead the preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory filings for US-based entities in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of technical accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience in managing reporting cycles and audit interactions..

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• .Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, S-1, etc.), ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• .Review financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related disclosures for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• .Ensure accurate tagging and submission of filings using Workiva (Wdesk) or other SEC reporting tools.
• .Oversee the consolidation and close process to ensure timely reporting of results.
