Inviting applications for the role of Manager, RTR (Finance Operations : General Accounting-Close & Control, Reconciliations)

Responsibilities :

• .Perform General Ledger Accounting - Manage & review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• .Month-End & Year-End Close - Execute & provide oversight to close activities including trial balance review, variance analysis, and preparation of financial statements within timelines
• .Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Prepare and review reconciliations for key accounts (cash, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany, etc.) to ensure completeness and accuracy
• .Intercompany Accounting - Handle intercompany transactions, confirmations, and reconciliations in line with group policies
• .Fixed Assets & GL Maintenance - Oversee capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and ensure correct mapping of GL accounts
• .Compliance & Audit Support - Ensure adherence to internal controls (SOX / ICFR) and support internal / external audit requirements
• .Continuous Improvement - Identify and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation in RTR operations
• .Process Governance & Oversight - Lead end-to-end RTR operations including General Accounting, Month-End Close, and Reconciliations, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and accuracy
• .Quality Assurance & Controls - Establish and monitor strong control frameworks, review key deliverables, and ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP) and internal policies
• .Governance & Reporting - Drive structured governance through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and control across the RTR value chain
