About the Role
The role will be a individual contributor responsible for driving business growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and high-quality delivery of executive search mandates. This role is revenue-focused and demands a strong recruitment professional with a strong understanding of leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end search delivery.
Responsibilities
Executive Search Execution
Execute senior-level mandates end-to-end — from briefing to candidate onboarding.
Client Acquisition
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, etc.).
Revenue Generation
Independently generate revenue by successfully closing senior-level search mandates.
Client Management
Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring plans, talent strategy, and market insights.
Market Research & Industry Insights
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging leadership talent, and competitive activity.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze leadership movement data, compensation trends, and talent availability across sectors to support client advisory and search planning.
Experience
5+ years in Executive Search of Senior Roles only.
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Location
Work from Office - Malad West and Kandivali West, Mumbai.
