Job description
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and fitment.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire.
  • Drive volume, niche, and leadership hiring as per business needs.
  • Manage and collaborate with vendor partners, job portals, and recruitment agencies for sourcing.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and client SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, tools, and technology adoption (ATS / HRMS).
  • Oversee offer management, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
