We are seeking a Creative & Content Strategist to serve as the strategic, narrative, and logical core of our content team. You will be the crucial bridge between our marketing goals and our creative execution, ensuring every piece of content (video, carousel) is built on a clear, compelling story and a logical, conversion-focused structure. You will directly manage and elevate the work of our junior content creators.
🔑 Key Responsibilities : The "Storytelling & Logic" Fix
- Content Blueprint & Storytelling : Develop comprehensive Creative Briefs and Narrative Outlines for all video (Reels, TikTok) and carousel content, explicitly defining the hook, problem / solution logic, product value proposition, and call-to-action (CTA).
- Logic and Flow Oversight : Review all content outlines and drafts to ensure a clear, logical progression that respects the viewer's attention span and delivers a cohesive message, eliminating confusing tangents or weak conclusions.
- Content Strategy & Performance : Lead the development of the monthly content calendar based on brand pillars, product launches, market trends, and performance data. Ensure content is strategic, timely, and aligned with measurable business objectives (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion).
- Creator Coaching & Feedback : Act as the first-line editor and mentor for our junior content creators. Provide clear, constructive feedback on drafts to elevate their technical execution, scriptwriting, and adherence to the strategic brief.
- Trend Identification & Iteration : Continuously monitor social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) for emerging trends, competitive moves, and content formats. Translate these insights into actionable briefs that maintain brand voice and logical consistency.
- Brand Voice & Consistency : Establish and maintain rigorous Content Guidelines to ensure a consistent tone, visual style, and message across all output, reinforcing our unique skincare brand identity.
🌟 Required Skills & Qualifications
[3+] Years of proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Manager, or Senior Copywriter in an agency or fast-paced DTC / e-commerce environment. Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or Wellness is a significant plus.Content Creation expertise : to come up with content strategy and storyline you must must have had experience actually creating content and marketingExceptional Storytelling Acumen : A demonstrated ability to craft narratives that transform product features into emotional benefits, especially for short-form, mobile-first video content.Data-Driven Creative : Proficient in using social media analytics and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, watch time, engagement rate) to inform and refine creative hypotheses.Strong Leadership & Communication : The ability to articulate complex strategies simply, and provide clear, motivating direction to a creative production team.Deep Platform Knowledge : Expert-level understanding of content best practices, formats, and native features on key platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).Portfolio Requirement : Must include examples of Creative Briefs, Content Strategy Documents, or Script Outlines used to guide creative teams.
