Strategic Partnership Manager - Creative Services

Job description₹45K base salary + 10% commission on all sales above target. Freedom to experiment, pitch, and grow ideas - not templates. A creative team that actually backs what you sell. 2–5 years in sales, account management, or business development. Fluent in English & Malayalam. You understand brands, not just numbers. You don’t need leads - you create them.
At Ilama Creatives, we don’t sell videos, logos, or ads - we sell ideas that solve business problems.
We’re looking for a Sales Closer - someone who can translate creativity into revenue.
You’ll be leading new business development for our branding, marketing, and video verticals in Kochi.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pitch brands that need smarter storytelling.
- Build relationships that turn into long-term retainers.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams.
- Hit a 3 Lakh monthly target with 4 new clients per month.
