We Are Hiring – B2B Sales Manager

United Descaler Private Limited is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the sales team, guide them in daily activities, and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team for smooth execution of promotions, schemes, and orders.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and review the team’s output.

Requirements :

  • Experience 5-8 years in sales (pharma, nutraceuticals, personal care sector (cosmetics), chemical industry with good exposure to field operations.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate the sales team effectively.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to manage customers.
  • Ability to analyse sales numbers, review team performance, and take corrective actions when required.
  • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
