Consultant, Associate

Associate Implementation Consultant works within the Professional Services organization at Infor Nexus. This position will serve in a business / functional and technical consulting capacity to understand customer business requirements and apply them to the Infor Nexus application to ensure clients' success. The software is delivered in a cloud-based, on-demand environment and the candidate will work directly with global customers to deliver complex, global supply chain solutions

Job Responsibilities :

• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and project scope
• Configures Infor Nexus application and collaborates with technical team for implementation of integrations and customizations to meet client's needs
• Leverages Infor Nexus product expertise to guide clients on the solutions and configurations that will best meet their needs
• Prepares and maintains consulting deliverables in alignment with the standard implementation methodology
• Investigates and addresses support escalations by applying detailed technical and functional evaluation
• Collaborates with technical and functional teams to fix issues and test them before production roll out
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations for permanent fix
• Works closely with and builds positive relationships with clients' project team
• Effectively communicates a variety of information (e.g., technical details, status updates, obstacles and challenges being faced, strategies for resolving issues, reporting and interpretation of data) in a way that the client understands and finds meaningful
• Switches seamlessly between routine work and time-sensitive or critical tasks / project deadlines
• Organizes and conducts customer training to drive adoption
• Provides input to build the deployment plan and support solution rollout
• Monitors solution stability post-implementation and provides support to ensure business continuity.
