Responsibilities / Requirements
Experience – At minimum, 5 years of experience

Capabilities and Competencies – including :
Knowledge of retirement program features and design considerations, including various design of defined benefit plans. Knowledge of the framework of ERISA and other relevant laws, rules and regulations that govern compliance issues for retirement programs. Knowledge of software tools available to complete client projects and the ability to write specifications for programming plan administration.
Able to read and understand plan documents perform plan administration and preparation of government forms, to work with client data to accomplish the objective at hand, including both implementation and ongoing administration.
Acceptable written and verbal communication skills. Able to participate in a Local Office / client meeting covering topics about which he or she has knowledge and responsibility.
Be fully responsible for reviewing the work of junior pension specialists and pension specialists in their competencies noted above.
Within the context of the individual's knowledge, able to manage a project, including coming up with a plan for getting the work done, directing the work of others and completing the work product on time and within budget.
Client / Market :
Demonstrate effective communication skills, including telephone contact with Project Managers and more experienced consultants
Establishes strong working relationships with Project Managers, Central Reviewers, and Principals.
Prepares for and attends client conference call meetings, as appropriate
Takes responsibility for meeting deadlines (for clients and management) and communicates resource needs
Accurate and prompt time recording
Essential Qualifications :
Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Actuarial Sciences
Should have a good knowledge on basic actuarial concepts
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
Ability to multitask, self-starter.
Actuarial Exam progress is required.
Technical Qualifications :
Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpretational skills.
Sound knowledge of mathematics, statistics and possess good modeling skills
Good command on MS office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
Working knowledge in retirement tools such as 'Relius', 'ProVal' is an added advantage – for experienced candidates only
