We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Cúram Consultant. As an Associate Cúram Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Cúram software platform, which is widely used in social services, healthcare, and other government programs. This senior-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in social services, healthcare, and technology.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical aspects of medium to large-scale Cúram implementations.
• Collaborate with system integrators, customer staff, and partners to define enterprise architecture components.
• Define development and deployment approaches to realize the architecture.
• Serve as a technical reference for Cúram design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate technical concepts across engineering, delivery, and service management teams.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Design, develop, code, and test Cúram extensions in a JEE environment.
• Grow expertise in Cúram-related areas such as mobile development, reporting / analytics, cloud, data migration, web services, and security.
• Facilitate small workshops and help clarify complex, ill-defined problems to propose solutions.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners while promoting Merative's technical credibility.
