Position Overview

The  Business Manager  will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure the brand's strategic and financial objectives are achieved. The role calls for a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Frequent travel will be involved to manage multi-outlet operations and ensure alignment across departments.

• Monitor outlet operations to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.

• Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and performance excellence.
• Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales analysis, and budgets.
