Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Air Ticketing Specialist at ISHWA HOLIDAYS PVT LTD. The Air Ticketing Specialist will be responsible for managing ticket sales, processing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling ticketing requests, assisting with itinerary changes, ensuring accurate ticket issuance, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. Additional responsibilities include advising on travel regulations and policies, and meeting sales targets.
