Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Conference Producer / Speaker and Delegate Acquisition for Events and Conferences. The role involves overseeing the full cycle of conference production, including market research, communication, speaker acquisition, and event management. Responsibilities include identifying and securing high-quality speakers, conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, planning and organizing conference schedules, and managing delegate acquisition to ensure successful event attendance.

Experience & Qualifications

Job experience : 1-5 Yrs in Events

Education : Graduation / Post-Graduation in Events / Media / Advertising / Masscom

Industry experience : Media / Events

Job location : Remote working. Delhi NCR, Pune or Metro Cities as preferred work location

• Excellent communication skills.
• Identifying speakers with industry knowledge and influence.
• Ability to build and maintain PR with industry leaders, CXOs and decision makers.
• Good in drafting invitation emails and invite letters.
• Excellent in research, data mining, data validation and data maintenance.
• Proficient in excel sheet and google work sheet.
• Proactive approach in competition tracking and market intelligence.
• Exceptional in event handling and project management skills.
• Social media active and digital media savvy.
• Multitasking ability and crisis management skillset.
• Capability to deliver results under pressure and within strict deadlines.
• Team player, ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
