Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Advocate, located in Fatehgarh Sahib. The Senior Advocate will handle a variety of responsibilities, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal consultations. The role also involves managing case files, analyzing legal issues, and advising on potential legal outcomes while ensuring compliance with judicial procedures and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in legal research, analytical skills, and case law interpretation
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as petitions, contracts, and agreements
• Experience in litigation, court representation, and client advocacy
• Excellent understanding of judicial processes and legal compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and negotiations
• Highly organized with strong time management and case management abilities
• A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with a valid Bar Council registration in India
• Prior experience in handling legal matters within district courts is highly desirable
