Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Level 3 Redis and Kafka DBA to manage and support our real-time data infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.

This role will involve working closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal performance and availability of data services.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• SME in at least one functional module of the system or service
• Design and quality ownership of the service owned as the the SME
• Say / do ratio of > 95% in execution
• Code reviews and quality gatekeeper for the SME area
• Assist and mentor junior members
• Responsible for enforcing code reviews and test coverage
• Ensure no regressions in the modules owned
• Serve on interview panels and help grow the organization
