Key Responsibilities & Expertise
- Project Oversight & Coordination
- Maintain overall control and deep understanding of projects by collecting relevant data and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Annual Operating Plan Review
- Track and review the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of milestones.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
- Monitor and ensure timely approvals and adherence to statutory requirements across all project phases.
- Project Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Oversee project plans, review progress, and facilitate smooth interdepartmental coordination to achieve project deliverables efficiently.
- Financial Tracking & Benchmarking
- Track budgets and Cost to Company (CTC), conduct market benchmarking to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Risk & Change Management
- Identify potential risks and changes proactively, raise alerts, and provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
- Process & Systems Implementation
- Support the implementation of robust processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and project governance.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for real-time project tracking and performance analysis.
- Strategic Recommendations
- Recommend improvements in cost management, planning, project phasing, and operational processes to enhance overall project outcomes.
- Business Development Exposure
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support new project acquisitions, leveraging market insights and strategic foresight.
- Regulatory Knowhow
- Possess strong understanding of Mumbai real estate norms, including slum redevelopment regulations and local compliance frameworks.
Qualification
BE Civil plus MBA or APM from NICMAR or equivalent
SOFT SKILL
MSP, Auto Cad, skilled in MS Office & presentation
