Job descriptionProven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation. Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Demonstrated experience working in Agile / Scrum environments using tools like JIRA and Excel. Skilled in UAT coordination, gap analysis, impact assessments, and driving process improvements throughout SDLC. Should have a strong data mindset - able to understand the application beyond functionality and from a user perspective. Should be able to understand data structures and underlying logic to efficiently define and test solutions. Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows; familiarity with databases and basic programming concepts.

Work mode : Work from office
Required Experience :
- 8 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
- Able to work hand in hand with the U.S. Product Owner and drive delivery with the technical team in India.
- Expected to be hands-on and act as a backup for the U.S. Product Owner when required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring project continuity across geographies.
