Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and manage Workday module enhancements, with a focus on Workday HCM.
- Document business processes and requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Translate stakeholder and user needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Monitor and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and milestone progress.
- Oversee release management, including updates to release notes and communication with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within HR or IT domains.Proven experience supporting Workday module enhancements (strong preference for Workday HCM).Prior Scrum Master experience or certification, with strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Proficiency in managing and streamlining workflows and user stories in Jira.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to Workday Recruit or other Workday modules.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.Experience with technical integrations and system implementations.(ref : hirist.tech)
