Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of features that help people connect in meaningful ways. This role combines user empathy, data-driven decision making, and product innovation to create engaging and safe experiences for a growing global community.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom concept and design to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive experimentation (A / B testing) to validate hypotheses and continuously improve product performance.
- Champion user safety, privacy, and trust while introducing new features and interactions.
- Stay on top of industry trends in social networking, matchmaking, and emerging 4 - 8 years of experience in product management, ideally within consumer tech, social platforms, or mobile-first products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with growth and engagement strategies such as gamification, personalization, or behavioral nudges.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for creating products that foster authentic human connections.
