Product Manager

Responsibilities :

• Own the product roadmap and strategy aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with design, tech, marketing, and business teams to deliver product features
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : from concept to launch and post-launch iterations
• Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product / feature rollouts
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Track product KPIs and make data-informed decisions to improve product performance
• Ensure high accountability, timely delivery, and continuous :
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a fintech or product-led company
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Demonstrated ownership in driving products from idea to execution
• Hands-on experience in GTM planning and execution
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and basic product analytics tools
