Role Responsibilities :

  • Lead technical planning with engineering to deliver scalable APIs and integration frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client onboarding and feedback flow
  • Monitor integration performance, adoption, and reliability to drive continuous improvements

Key Deliverables :

  • End-to-end ownership of platform integration lifecycle
  • Reusable connectors and SDKs for rapid integration delivery
  • Improved customer experience via reduced onboarding friction
  • Scalable integration strategy aligned with enterprise architecture standards
