About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Assistant Vice President – Projects

to lead high-end residential and commercial developments in

South Mumbai .

The role demands strategic oversight, technical excellence, and strong leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery that aligns with the company’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.

Develop and implement execution strategies ensuring timely delivery.

Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.

Resolve design and construction challenges effectively.

Plan and control project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and value engineering.

Coordinate procurement, contract approvals, and vendor negotiations.

Ensure compliance with

BMC, RERA , and other statutory norms.

Liaise with authorities for approvals and NOCs.

Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Implement innovative construction methodologies and sustainable practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification :

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience :

15+ years in real estate project management, with expertise in

luxury residential and commercial projects .

Prior experience in

high-rise or premium projects in South Mumbai

is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in

MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD , and ERP systems.
