Key Requirements :

• Proven 4- 8 years of experience in end- to- end recruitment across functions, including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and onboarding
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the business
• Hands- on experience in creating and executing sourcing strategies using multiple channels - direct calls, networking, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment drives
• Ability to communicate the employer brand effectively and create a strong candidate experience
• Exposure to designing and implementing process improvements in recruitment and talent management
• Understanding of market best practices in recruitment and ability to apply them in the organization
