Executive - Transport & Distribution Operations - Container Freight Station - Redhills

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of trailers, engines, transmissions, and structural components.

Perform pre-operational checks and identify malfunctions or issues during vehicle operation.

Support minor repairs and coordinate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime.

Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.

2. Consumables & Fuel Management

Manage inventory of consumables such as diesel, lubricants, and spares.

Maintain reorder levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Oversee fuel dispensing and unloading in compliance with safety rules and regulations.

3. Inventory & Documentation

Handle spares and consumables through proper approval and issuance processes.

Maintain stock registers, indents, and gate passes as per procedures.

Conduct reconciliation between physical inventory and records.

Prepare and share daily reports with maintenance staff and yard teams.

4. Operations & Coordination

Coordinate with the movement team for empty and loaded container movements within and outside the facility.

Provide timely updates and reports to yard staff and management.

Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Follow instructions from the maintenance staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
