Job Summary
The Group CEO Sales will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations across multiple automobile dealership showrooms. This leadership role requires a strategic visionary who can drive sales growth, manage dealership performance, and enhance customer experience while aligning with the overall strategy of the company.
Roles And Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership :
- Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement robust sales strategies tailored to various markets and customer segments, ensuring alignment with overall organizational vision.
- Annual Budgeting : Oversee the annual sales budgeting process, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet financial goals.
- Sales Forecasting : Create accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends to guide inventory and staffing decisions. Team Management :
- Recruitment & Training : Lead the recruitment process for sales leaders across showrooms and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Performance Evaluation : Establish performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and implement improvement plans to maximize team effectiveness.
- Culture Building : Foster a positive work culture that encourages motivation, teamwork, and creative problem-solving among staff. Customer Relationship Management :
- Customer Engagement : Implement programs that enhance customer engagement and loyalty, creating a seamless buying experience.
- Conflict Resolution : Handle complex customer complaints and escalations, ensuring satisfactory resolutions that uphold the dealership's reputation.
- Feedback Mechanisms : Establish mechanisms to gather customer feedback and utilize insights to refine the sales approach. Market Development :
- Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Brand Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives that resonate with customers and enhance brand visibility & new launches
Operational Oversight
Inventory Management : Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels that align with sales forecasts and customer demand. Performance Monitoring : Regularly analyze showroom performance metrics (e.g., sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores) and implement corrective actions as necessary.Required Skills
