Digital Marketing & SEO Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies covering off-page, on-page, and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and maximize online visibility.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and optimize website content, structure, metadata, and internal linking to ensure best practices.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions while optimizing budget spend.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing and YouTuber outreach campaigns to expand brand reach and engagement.
• Develop and manage press release outreach strategies, including crafting compelling press releases, distributing them to targeted media outlets, and building strong media relationships to secure positive coverage and backlinks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO and ad platforms; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithm updates, competitive landscape, and emerging tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships related to SEO, advertising, influencer campaigns, and PR outreach.
