As part of our marketing team, you’ll play a key role in building the buzz and visibility for this exciting national-level event.

About the Role

As a Marketing Manager , you will lead our digital marketing and sales initiatives for KidsLand and other experiential projects — focusing on brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement.

You’ll collaborate with creative, sales, and event teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and email platforms.

Drive lead generation, ticket sales, and brand engagement through creative digital strategies.

Manage SEO, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and content marketing for strong ROI.

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for campaign execution and creative content.

Stay updated on digital trends and innovations in the events and entertainment space.

Requirements

Candidates with a Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Marketing are preferred.

1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Sales , ideally within events, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.

Proficiency in social media advertising, SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic, data-driven mindset and ability to deliver results.
