Performance Management & Succession Planning

Engagement Programs & Grievance Handling

Learning & Development, DEI Initiatives

Talent Reviews, Internal Mobility, and POSH Compliance

Workforce Reporting & Insightful Dashboards

What We’re Looking For :

5–8 years of experience

in Talent Management & Engagement

Stellar communication & stakeholder management skills

Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented approach

A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across multiple roles

Master’s degree

in HR or Business Administration
