About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft compelling visual stories that amplify the campaign’s voice and connect deeply with audiences across Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a sharp editorial sense, strong technical skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-impact videos optimized for multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, speed, and an understanding of both digital storytelling and socio-political communication.

Language & Cultural Requirement :
The candidate must have a strong understanding of Punjabi culture, idioms, and local aesthetics to ensure videos resonate authentically with regional audiences. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Editing & Post-production Excellence
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for digital, social, and offline campaign use.
- Ensure storytelling, pacing, and tone align with campaign strategy and audience sentiment.
- Create multiple video formats — short-form, long-form, reels, interviews, and event recaps.
- Add graphics, motion elements, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Collaboration & Creative Alignment
Work closely with videographers, creative directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaign concepts to life.Interpret briefs and storyboards to maintain consistency with overall messaging and creative direction.Provide creative input during pre-production and concept discussions to strengthen storytelling.Technical & Operational Efficiency
Organize, manage, and maintain an efficient workflow for large volumes of footage.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, formats, and platform-specific technical requirements.Stay up-to-date with emerging editing styles, techniques, and software tools.Visual Consistency & Brand Integrity
Maintain visual consistency across campaign videos, ensuring adherence to tone, brand, and messaging guidelines.Repurpose existing assets to create new edits that extend the campaign’s life cycle.Core Competencies :
Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual rhythm.Ability to edit for emotion, clarity, and cultural relevance.Sound understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and subtitling workflows.Efficient multitasking and adherence to deadlines in fast-paced campaign environments.Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.Note : This is a 12 month contractual poistion.
