The Role
As our Video Editor (Ad Creatives), you’ll be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content for paid ads and social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, performance, and strategy teams to bring new ideas to life—always testing, iterating, and refining based on performance insights.
You’re not just an editor—you’re a creative problem-solver who understands how pacing, hooks, and storytelling drive conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-performing direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
- Create multiple variations of each concept to test hooks, pacing, and messaging
- Transform raw UGC, influencer clips, and branded footage into cohesive, on-brand creatives
- Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to align on data insights and creative direction
- Add text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design that enhance storytelling and drive engagement
- Stay current on social ad trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
- Manage and organize project files efficiently across editing tools and asset libraries

3+ years of experience as a video editor, ideally in DTC or performance marketingStrong portfolio of paid social ad creatives (please include links / reel in application)Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and CapCut experience a plus)Deep understanding of what makes an ad perform—hooks, pacing, retention tactics, and storytellingStrong creative instincts and ability to work fast without sacrificing qualityCollaborative mindset and openness to feedback and performance insights
