We are seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer with expertise in OSS Telco L1 support and Oracle Database Administration . The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining HPE OSS solutions, performing Oracle DB health checks, upgrades, and troubleshooting, and delivering onsite technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
