Job description

Project Description :

  • This role supports the Murex platform by ensuring system availability, incident resolution, and production stability. You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and provide permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.

    • Mandatory Skills Description :

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python / Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills Description :

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
