We are seeking an NRI Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking and investment solutions. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of NRI banking products and regulations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Develop, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Provision : Understand the financial goals and needs of NRI clients and provide comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions, including deposits, investments, and remittance services.
- Business Growth : Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products, contributing to the growth of the NRI client portfolio and achieving revenue targets.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines, including FEMA, RBI, and international compliance standards .
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on global financial trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting NRI clients and their investment behavior.
- Service Excellence : Deliver superior customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Skills Required :
Proven experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on NRI clients.In-depth knowledge of NRI banking products, investment options, and remittance services.Strong understanding of FEMA, RBI, and other relevant international regulations pertaining to NRI banking.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals.Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills Required
