We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and relationship management in the BFSI industry.

Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
