Payroll Analyst

Skills and Competencies

• Understanding of EMEA payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Advanced data processing skills, including data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience managing and resolving ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, preferably in a global environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional EMEA languages are a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience supporting regional or global payroll teams.

Education

Responsibilities

As part of the Global Payroll Team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the global Finance strategy. Supporting business growth in an increasingly regulated environment whilst ensuring payroll and tax are compliant across the region.

The Payroll Analyst will have the responsibility for ensuring that all salaries, associated deductions and benefits are processed / paid on a timely basis by the whole team. They will also be responsible for ensuring all statutory filings are completed and deadlines met.
