Description :
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR and Absence Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage small-scale enhancements, configuration updates, and data corrections.
- Support quarterly release testing, data audits, and compliance activities.
- Assist in documentation, training, and user enablement.
- Provide functional input and support for Talent modules (e.g., Performance, Goals, Learning) as needed.
Basic Qualifications :
A bachelors degree in engineering is required. Advanced degrees and HRIS certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s), is considered a plus.A minimum of 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.Proven experience in Core HR and Absence Management modules.Experience in global / multi-country environments is beneficial.Familiarity with Talent Management modules is a strong plus.Functional Knowledge :
A solid understanding of HR processes and data, including Core HR, recruiting, journeys, learning, compensation, talent management, and absence management.JOB DESCRIPTION :
Experience supporting HR teams with system usage, troubleshooting, and process improvements.At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is required. This should include :1. Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities & interconnectedness, especially Core HR and Absence Management.
2. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (OTBI), including creating and running reports, and leveraging reporting capabilities to provide data-driven insights.
3. Exposure to Redwood pages and Visual Builder Studio configurations.
4. Experience training and supporting end-users.
5. Experience in contributing to cloud projects, for example : functional module implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
6. Understand Oracle release management, regression testing & troubleshooting.
