Key Responsibilities :
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure, test, and support Oracle HCM modules such as :
1. Core HR
2. Payroll
3. Absence Management
4. Time & Labor
5. Recruitment / Onboarding
6. Performance Management
7. Compensation
Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.Provide functional expertise during requirement analysis, design, testing, and deployment.Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user training materials.Collaborate with technical teams for integration, reports, and extensions.Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions.Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and audit requirements.Required Skills & Experience :
6+Yrs (Relevant 6+Yrs) Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant (Functional)Minimum 6+ years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Implementations for North America payrolls.Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle HCM (Cloud / Fusion or E-Business Suite).Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting at least 2- 3 HCM modules.Strong knowledge of HCM business processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, compensation, etc.).Experience with implementation life cycle : requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Oracle HCM certification is a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
