Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, close sales, or provide customer support. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer base and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries or provide required support.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
- Follow up with potential clients from previous interactions.
- Provide accurate details about the company's products and services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular call reports and performance summaries to the supervisor.
Requirements :
Education : Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduation in any discipline.Experience : 0–6 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers are welcome).Languages : Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, or any regional language as required.Key Skills :
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Number of calls made per day.Conversion rate (calls to leads / sales).Customer satisfaction score.Call handling time and call quality.Job Type : Full-time
