The Studs Sports Bar & Grill , one of India’s leading and fastest-growing sports bar chains. We are expanding aggressively and looking for a driven Franchise Manager to manage franchise lead generation, first-level interactions, and conversion into successful partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads.

Make the

first call

to prospective investors and provide a detailed brand briefing.

Conduct

regular follow-ups

with prospects to move them through the franchise acquisition process.

Share brand decks, proposals, and financial models with potential partners.

Maintain CRM / lead trackers with updated follow-up status.

Coordinate meetings between investors and senior management.

Support in closing franchise deals by addressing queries and guiding prospects.

Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team post-deal closure.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or F&B / retail expansion.

Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred).

Ability to confidently interact with investors and business owners.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with follow-up-driven roles.

Willingness to travel when required.
