For over 25 years,  Lafit Lighting  has been driving innovation in India’s premium LED lighting industry. We are now looking for a  General Manager – Factory  to lead our manufacturing facility in  Bhiwandi .

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end factory operations with focus on efficiency, cost, and quality

Improve productivity through training, incentives and lean practices (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC)

Manage inventory, supply chain, and production planning

Ensure strict quality control and safe working practices

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering or Business Administration

10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a senior role

Strong leadership, people management, and operational excellence expertise
