Job description4-14 years of experience in backup solutions and data protection. Strong knowledge of backup software such as Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas. Experience with cloud backup solutions and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with data storage technologies and methodologies. Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks. Understanding of IT infrastructure and networking principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Backup Solutions professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing robust backup solutions that ensure the integrity and availability of critical data.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backup solutions for critical systems and data.
- Monitor and optimize backup processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for backup and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate backup solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for backup-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest backup technologies and best practices.
