GrowExx - Solution Architect - DevOps

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across various platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including guidance during design, development, integration, and deployment.
• Prepare architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Perform architectural reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve architecture and Skills :
• 12+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in software development, system integration, and architecture design.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar leadership role in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in architecture design patterns, microservices, cloud-native applications, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred).
• Hands-on experience with modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.)
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Azure Architect Expert) are a strong plus
