As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing technical and functional support to the sales team. You will engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Esri Indias GIS and location intelligence solutions can deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and position suitable GIS solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Understand client business processes and translate them into GIS-based solutions using Esri technology.
- Respond to RFPs / RFIs with compelling technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Partner with product and technical teams to design Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution prototypes.
- Support business development efforts by presenting Esri Indias value proposition to prospects and partners.
- Stay updated on the latest Esri technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong understanding of GIS concepts, location intelligence, and spatial analytics.Hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, etc.) preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.Proactive, self-driven, and able to work collaboratively across teams.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and demos.(ref : iimjobs.com)
