Automation Developer (Power PlatformServiceNow)

We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Power Apps / ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain custom applications automations and integrations across Microsofts Power Platform ServiceNow and Jira. This role requires strong technical capability the ability to understand business processes and a willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance tools streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps automate workflows with Power Automate build dashboards in Power BI and create conversational tools with Power Virtual Agents.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications workflows catalog items scripts dashboards reports and integrations.
• Provide production support bug fixes enhancements data extraction reporting and handle ad-hoc requests through Teams and JIRA.
• Follow the complete SDLC for all development requirements design documentation testing deployment and change control.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects TPMs Scrum Masters and Senior Managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable high-quality solutions.
• Communicate design decisions risks issues and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability performance and security of applications.
• Maintain detailed technical and user documentation while adhering to development best practices version control standards and governance processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects prioritize tasks effectively and proactively identify risks affecting timelines and deliverables.
