Job descriptionCollaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions. Quality Assurance. Implement best practices for Power Platform development including version control and code reviews. Training and Documentation. Train end-users and provide support for deployed solutions to ensure effective adoption and usage. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (3 years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Experience developing customizing or integrating workflows in ServiceNow including automation scripting and reporting. Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services such as Azure Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. Familiarity with data modeling SQL and APIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform ServiceNow and related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. PL-900 PL-100 PL-200) are a plus. ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator Application Developer) are a plus. Experience working in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methodologies or similar principles. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). Health Insurance Accident Insurance. The salary will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to location relevant education qualifications experience technical skills and business needs. Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts. Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki / Knowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will develop implement and maintain custom applications and solutions using Microsofts Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Power Virtual Agents). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes enhance business operations and drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Solutions :
- Design develop and deploy custom applications using Power Apps.
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate (Flow).
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop chatbots and other AI-driven solutions using Power Virtual Agents.
- Collaboration and Support.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality performance and security.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions including user guides and technical manuals.
