About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced
Process Trainer
with a strong background in
international voice operations
to deliver end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of process knowledge, and a proven record of improving performance through impactful training interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct
New Hire Training (NHT)
and
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
for international voice processes.
Design and deliver training modules focused on
process knowledge, soft skills, systems, and compliance .
Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous coaching for improvement.
Work closely with
operations and quality teams
to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Prepare and maintain training calendars, reports, and feedback summaries.
Drive
refresher and upskilling programs
to improve productivity and quality scores.
Ensure adherence to client-defined SLAs and quality standards.
Key Skills & Requirements :
Minimum 2 years as a
Process Trainer / Communication Trainer
in an international voice setup (US / UK process preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
Experience in
banking, telecom, healthcare, or BFSI voice processes
will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification :
Graduate / Post-Graduate in any stream.
