1. Tenant & Community Management
- Oversee resident's relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Facilitate tenant onboarding and ensure a smooth move-in / move-out process.
- Organize and manage residents' engagement activities to foster a community atmosphere.
2. Property Maintenance & Compliance
Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs, ensuring the property is in good condition.Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.Ensure the property complies with local laws and regulations, including safety standards.3. Financial Management
Manage the property's budget, including monitoring expenses and optimizing costs where possible.Oversee the collection of rent and other fees, ensuring timely payments.Prepare monthly MIS reports and submit them to Cluster Manager4. Operational Oversight
Ensure the property meets all financial and operational targets.Oversee and participate in leasing activities, including marketing and maintaining product knowledge.Manage on-site staff, including hiring, training, and performance development.Standard Operating Process adherence and implementationOperations Cost ControlConduct quarterly meeting with residents to ensure constant feedback in regards to entire facility (Food, Laundry, WI-Fi , House Keeping, Security etc) and take appropriate action wherever needed.Use Property Management ERP / App to manage operations efficientlyQualifications & Skills
Experience : Proven experience in property management, preferably in student housing or co-living spaces.Education : A bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Property Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.Technical Skills : Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-Solving : Ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Skills Required
