Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist, located in Pune. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with various property needs, including buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, providing property consultations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role will also involve conducting property viewings and assisting in negotiations to achieve successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
• An understanding of the local real estate market and current industry trends
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in property management software and tools is an advantage
